Oak Holiday Clubs (formally Northampton ESCO) offer activities for children from Year 1 – Year 6 in Northamptonshire. We were asked to take their existing identity, and rebrand to create Oak Holiday Clubs.
We worked with the team to create the concept and formed brand guidelines around this. Using best practice in Web, we then created bespoke wireframes factoring in the insights we had from the previous website.
We created a fully bespoke booking system with payment integration meaning the whole customer journey can be managed in house by our client. We also integrated website tracking to encourage best practice eCommerce so that the client can see where the booking process stopped, who has been looking and track automated emails from the system prompting customers to return and complete their booking for the holiday camps.
